Bigsby has found his unique voice as a songwriter since overcoming his battle with cocaine and alcohol addiction twelve years ago, and his music tells the story of his journey with at times brutal honesty. Sammy Sadler is a country music artist whose career is defined by resilience, talent, and a story unlike any other
in Nashville.
Over the years, he’s scored four Top 15 hits on the Texas Music Chart and was named Male Vocalist of the Year in Dallas-Fort Worth in 1993. Sadler remains a respected voice in country music. He revisited his story in the 2019 memoir A Hit With A Bullet, and released the acclaimed album 1989 in 2021, featuring T. Graham Brown, Marty Raybon of Shenandoah, and Larry Stewart of Restless Heart and The Frontmen. His latest singles are, “If I Had A Cheating Heart” and “I Can’t Get Close Enough” featuring Exile are out now from his upcoming album coming out in 2026.
